Current Cleveland State University students, faculty, and staff may use this form to request access to ArcGIS Pro for academic use.

Before submitting the form, please note that ArcGIS Pro is a Windows desktop application. CSU community members who only need ArcGIS Online can access it using their CSU Single Sign-On credentials and do not need to complete this form.
