Levin College Remembers Dr. Floun’Say Caver

The Levin College of Public Affairs and Education mourns the passing of Dr. Floun’Say Caver, a 2000 graduate of the Master of Public Administration program and former part time faculty member.

Dr. Caver maintained several connections to Levin College throughout his career. He previously served on the College’s Visiting Committee, received the Outstanding Fellow Award from Levin College’s Leadership Academy in 2009, and was a 2015 CSU Distinguished Alumni Award honoree.

He also had a long career in public service with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, where he held several leadership positions, most recently serving as deputy general manager of operations.

The College extends its condolences to Dr. Caver’s family, friends, colleagues, and all who knew him.
