Andrew Gotlieb Named to Pro Builder’s Top 40 Under 40

An article by Cleveland Jewish News shared that Levin graduate Andrew Gotlieb was named to Pro Builder's Top 40 Under 40 list for his accomplishments in home building. Gotlieb earned his Master of Urban Planning, Design, and Development with a specialization in Urban Real Estate Development and Finance from Levin in 2012. He currently serves as the Business Development Director at Keystate Homes and Development in Bedford Heights. 

According to Pro Builder, Gotlieb was recognized for his accomplishments during the last few years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving record sales volume through all-virtual home shopping experiences, doubling leads by creating and growing online sales teams, building a digital platform that targets buyer groups, and training staff on how to engage prospects during their buying process. He has also been recognized as having the best architectural design by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio and the best green built custom home in the Cleveland market by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland. The publication also recognizes Gotlieb for growing his family business into a regional leader in green building practices in Northeast Ohio.
