Dean Roland V. Anglin Welcomes Chung-Ang University Alumni During Cleveland Reception

The Cleveland State University Levin College of Public Affairs and Education Dean Roland V. Anglin, PhD, recently attended the 2022 Chung-Ang University Alumni Convention providing congratulatory remarks to the organization which has chapters throughout the United States. The event was held August 5, to August 7, 2022. Cleveland State University, specifically the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs, has a long relationship with Chung-Ang University and Dr. Dae Kee Yun, President of Chung-Ang University Alumni of North America. Chung-Ang University President Sang-Gue Park, PhD, also attended the event and offered congratulatory remarks.

The Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs has maintained a faculty and student exchange with the Department of Regional Development of Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea since 1998, offering two unique degree programs for students: a dual Master of Science degree in Urban Studies and one in Urban Planning and Real Estate; and a Cooperative Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Studies and Public Affairs. Many graduate students from the dual degree program are employed in academic, public policy research organizations, and in the private sector in the US and South Korea, with nearly 100 Chung-Ang University alumni across the US.
