Dr. Faiza Jamil and Dr. Javaid Siddiqi to Headline 2025 Roslyn Z. Wolf Lecture in Urban Education
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Levin College’s Center for Educational Leadership will host the Fall 2025 Roslyn Z. Wolf Lecture in Urban Education: Turbulent Times in Education: The Art and Science of Trade-Offs. The event will take place from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
Featured speakers Dr. Faiza Jamil and Dr. Javaid Siddiqi, co-authors of Public Education in Turbulent Times: Innovative Strategies for Leadership and Learning, will share insights from their research and leadership experiences in K–12, higher education, and public policy. A moderated discussion and audience Q&A will follow their remarks, led by Eric Gordon, Chief Executive Officer of the Positive Education Program (PEP).
Presented in partnership with the Greater Cleveland School Superintendents’ Association, the event is open to the public. Tickets are $30 and include a copy of the featured book, light refreshments, and an optional planetarium show. Parking is available for $5.
