Dr. Heidi Gorovitz Robertson, C|M|LAW's Steven W. Percy Distinguished Professor of Law and Professor of Environmental Studies at the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs, has published a book, Strategies and Techniques for Teaching Environmental Law. The volume is part of a Wolters Kluwer law book publishing series on law teaching, which intends to provide insight and information for new law teachers generally, and for seasoned law professors new to individual subject areas. Dr. Robertson was selected to produce the volume on environmental law based both on her 1999 Columbia Environmental Law Review article "Methods for Teaching Environmental Law: Some Thoughts on Teaching Law Students to Practice" and her twenty-five years of experience in the field. She also recently accepted an appointment as the Libra Foundation Visiting Professor at the University of Maine School of Law, in Portland, Maine, for the 2021-2022 academic year.
