The Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs was selected as the 2021 Regional Champion for playing a leading role in supporting regional collaboration and creating vibrant communities. "The award recognizes all of the work that the College has done to foster regional collaboration,” said Kathryn Hexter, Chair of the Vibrant NEO Regional Champion Program Committee of the Vibrant NEO Board. "The College has been a valued partner of Vibrant NEO since it began with the Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium (NEOSCC) grant in 2014, and before NEOSCC, the College played a leadership role addressing the need for regional collaboration and cooperation.”

"This is truly an honor,” said Dr. Roland V. Anglin, Dean and Professor at the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. "Promoting regional collaboration has long been a focus of the College, and we are thrilled that our efforts are valued by our partners and our community.” Dean Anglin will serve as the keynote speaker for ceremony this year.
