Levin College Of Urban Affairs Ranked One Of The Nation’s Best Public Affairs Schools By Us News & World Report
For the Third Year, Levin is Among the Top Three Schools Nationally in Specialty of Urban Planning and Policy
The Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University has again been named one of the best public affairs schools in the nation in US News & World Report's 2023 Best Public Affairs Graduate Schools rankings.
For the third consecutive year, the College was ranked among the top three schools nationally in the specialty of Urban Planning and Policy. Overall, the College was ranked 56th (up from 58) in Public Affairs, and saw a significant rise in rankings (from 16 to 7) in the specialty of Local Government Management. The College also remains highly ranked in the specialty of Nonprofit Management.
"The Levin College consistently high rankings reflect our strong commitment to research and applied work, the trust we have built in the community, and our dedicated faculty and staff that serve Cleveland and the region by preparing the next generation of leaders,” said Dr. Roland V. Anglin, Dean and Professor at the Maxine Goodman Levin of Urban Affairs.
"We are particularly proud of the growth seen in our Local Government Management specialty. The Levin College has worked strategically to nurture regional collaboration and cooperation. As the sole provider of the Certified Public Manager® (CPM) for Ohio's state and local government leaders, we are working to address local capacity and lay a foundation for future innovation in our region and beyond,” Anglin added.
