Rachel Oscar is a 2017 graduate of Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs' Master of Urban Planning and Development program.

Every building, sidewalk, public art work, bush, tree, bus route, awning, highway, etc. is where it is because of a series of decisions people made. I learned that the results are always better when the decision-makers are also the ones being impacted by the decision.
