CLEVELAND — Educators and school leaders are invited to spend NEOEA Day, Friday, October 10, 2025, at Cleveland State University for a full day of professional learning, wellness, and networking. Hosted by the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education, this year’s theme, Brains, Breaks, and Broadway, combines interactive workshops, wellness activities, and cultural experiences.

This year’s NEOEA Day coincides with a national conference on Twice-Exceptional Education, giving attendees a unique opportunity to participate in sessions led by national experts in the field. Levin College’s Twice-Exceptional Graduate Program, the first of its kind in the United States, continues to lead the way in preparing educators to meet the needs of gifted students with learning differences.

Throughout the day, participants can attend workshops on collaborating with multilingual families, enhancing teaching practices through video reflection, and using AI in curriculum and data analysis. Wellness breaks include dog therapy, yoga, mindfulness exercises, massage chairs, and creative art activities, offering moments to relax and recharge.

Registration is $25 for NEOEA members and $35 for nonmembers. The day concludes with an optional dinner and discounted tickets to Hell’s Kitchen at Playhouse Square. Payment is accepted on the day of the event or in advance by mail.
