Reverend Ruby D. and Dr. Vincent D. Holland have graciously established the Reverend Ruby D. and Dr. Vincent D. Holland Endowed Scholarship, to provide financial assistance to Levin College students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate major within the Department of Urban Studies. “As a three-time graduate of Cleveland State University who has been a life-long resident of Cleveland, my wife and I wish to create a legacy of giving. Therefore, we wish to create an endowment that will not only assist in student success, but also inspire others to give,” said Dr. Holland.  
 
The Reverend Ruby D. and Dr. Vincent D. Holland Endowed Scholarship funds will support student recipients with the cost of attendance, including tuition, books, and University room and board. Recipients must be in good academic standing, with preference given to students with demonstrated financial need.
