Kristen received her Bachelors of Science from Kent State University in the Spring of 2009, her Masters of Education in Adult Learning and Development in 2014, and her Doctorate degree in Urban Education in 2022. She has experience in Admissions, Student Services and Financial Aid. Prior to her emp[yment with Cleveland State Univesity, she worked at Notre Dame College in their Student Services office.
