Levin Advising and Student Services

The Levin College of Public Affairs and Education (Levin) provides comprehensive advising and student services assistance to undergraduate and graduate students across Levin programs. Prospective (future) students should contact the office that houses their program of interest.

Students are encouraged to seek advising guidance throughout the semester and especially prior to the beginning of a new semester.

Communication
Undergraduate students: The easiest way to access advising is to schedule an appointment online. Log into CampusNet and on the student tab, click the blue star (Starfish). Faculty advising information is also available in Starfish. Graduate students should contact their program director for assistance.

Education, Counseling, and Adult Learning 
The Education Student Services Center (ESSC) is prepared to help Education, Counseling, and Adult Learning students via Phone, Zoom, or In-Person appointments. Please call 216-687-4625 to schedule an appointment. Undergraduate students can also schedule online through Starfish. Graduate students, please check your CSU email to find contact information for your faculty advisor.

Sociology and Criminology

Urban Affairs
The Public Affairs Student Services Center (PASSC) provides advising and support to undergraduate and graduate students in Urban Studies, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit Administration and Leadership, Public Safety Management, Economic Development, and Environmental Studies programs. Students are assisted via zoom, phone, or in-person appointments. Call 216-687-3884 or email passc@csuohio.edu for assistance. Undergraduate students should schedule an appointment with their advisor online via Starfish; graduate students may contact their advisor directly.
