Master of Education

The Levin College of Public Affairs and Education is a collection of scholars committed to the advancement of people and cities through sustainable and equitable economic and social development. We work toward this goal daily through our research, education and public service. The College offers numerous education-focused graduate and licensure programs through the departments of Counseling, Administration, Supervision and Adult Learning; Educational Studies, Research and Technology; and Teacher Education.
Master of Education in Educational Technology
This 30-credit hour program leads to a master's degree in education in the area of Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Technology.
The program prepares candidates to design, develop and model effective technology-enhanced instruction and integration as well as production of digital tools and media, and provides professional development programs.

All specialization classes are offered online. The core program courses in the program of study can be taken face-to-face or online.
Master of Education in Educational Leadership Cohort
For educators beginning their leadership journey, the Center for Educational Leadership offers a fast track, convenient Master in Educational Leadership (Cohort Track) that is delivered 100% online with synchronous virtual course meetings on select Saturdays.
This specialized Master in Educational Leadership Cohort Track Program provides students with the opportunity to earn their master's degree and principal's license in only 5 semesters and 10 courses - just *30* credit hours total! The principal internship is included in these hours; no additional courses are required to earn the license.
