Mark Henning is a Research Associate at the Energy Policy Center in the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. He has co-authored studies on microgrids, energy storage systems, Ohio hydrocarbon development, and sustainable transportation at the Center.

Mark graduated from Cleveland State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2017, he received his M.S. in Mathematics with Specialization in Applied Statistics from Cleveland State University. He received his Master of Public Administration with a focus in Public Financial Management from Cleveland State University in 2018.
