Comprehensive Design

While most teacher residency models target support for residents only, Project UNITE has a uniquely comprehensive design. The project was created to impact the entire teacher pipeline from preservice to professor. In addition to preparing teacher residents to work in urban districts, Project UNITE aims to deepen school-university partnerships, enhance partner schools' capacity for effective teaching, and strengthen CSU's teacher preparation program.
