SPRING 2026 Course Descriptions 

In-person courses:  
Instructor: Dr. Amanda Yurick
When: Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:15 PM, 2/3/26 - 5/5/26

ESE 351/371/520/522 serves learners in K-12 who have mild, moderate, or intensive needs. Special education status is required for those with intensive disabilities (e.g. autism, developmental delay, cognitive disability, traumatic brain injury). CSU tutors will work with learners on specific goals using evidence-based intervention strategies. Learners with identified disabilities should bring the iEP goals to the first session. This course will meet on Tuesdays for both in-person and remote tutoring. Please note the starting date of 2/3/26 and the ending date of 5/5/26. Please plan to attend every session and notify the center in advance of an absence. To maintain their place within the program, tutees should not miss more than two sessions.
