Mentoring Application

The Mentoring Program is offered by the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management and the Ohio Center for the Advancement of Women in Public Service. Mentoring is a very important part of the educational experience at the School of Urban Affairs. Our students benefit from connections with professionals in the community.

Please complete the form below. If you have any questions please contact the Rob Ziol, Director of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (r.ziol@csuohio.edu | 216-687-3509) or Kat Hollo, Assistant Director, of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (k.l.hollo@csuohio.edu | 216-681-3980).

Please check all of the following boxes to be considered for the Mentoring Program. Failure to adhere to one or all of these guidelines will result in your application being rejected or your removal from the program.
Please send your resume and a one page essay discussing three goals you would like to accomplish throughout the program. Applications are not considered complete until we receive these materials. Please send the materials to both r.ziol@csuohio.edu & k.l.hollo@csuohio.edu (Rob Ziol, Director, and Kat Hollo, Assistant Director, of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management)
