Semester Timeline

• After OFS application closes for the next semester - Identify all candidates requiring a checkpoint
   
• October (Fall), March (Spring) - Letters sent via email and hard copy to all checkpoint candidates about the checkpoint process
   
• November (Fall), April (Spring)  - Checkpoint self-analysis (Checkpoints 1 and 2) submitted to checkpoint assessors (not applicable Fall 2021), Reminder via Taskstream for candidates to submit all required artifacts, Assessment of resubmitted course artifacts completed
   
• November (Fall), April (Spring) - Submit edTPA to Pearson and Taskstream (per due date provided by OFS and in seminar)
   
• End of semester grade deadline - All course-based requirements assessed
   
• One week following grade deadline - Notification of portfolio status (pass/fail/remediate/concern), All remediation and final decisions completed the week prior to OFS orientation
