Semester Timeline

After OFS application closes for the next semester 

Identify all candidates requiring a checkpoint
 

October (Fall), March (Spring)

Letters sent via email and hard copy to all checkpoint candidates about the checkpoint process

 

November (Fall), April (Spring)  

Checkpoint self-analysis (Checkpoints 1 and 2) submitted to checkpoint assessors (not applicable Fall 2021)
Reminder via Taskstream for candidates to submit all required artifacts
Assessment of resubmitted course artifacts completed
 

November (Fall), April (Spring)
Submit edTPA to Pearson and Taskstream (per due date provided by OFS and in seminar)

 

End of semester grade deadline

All course-based requirements assessed

One week following grade deadline
Notification of portfolio status (pass/fail/remediate/concern)

All remediation and final decisions completed the week prior to OFS orientation
