The Stark County School Counselor Association is offering a $700 (possibly more) scholarship for the 2022-2023 school year for any Stark County resident enrolled in a Master's degree program in School Counseling.

The Daniel D. Drake Scholarship - - Not available at this time
Awards of $1,500.00 will be made to two students enrolled in a Doctoral Studies program, and $1,000.00 to two students enrolled in a Masters Program within the CASAL department. All applicants must have successfully completed all admissions requirements and be in good standing with the university.
The selection committee shall seek evidence that the students are committed to professions in the fields of Counseling, Administration, or Adult Learning, and have demonstrated leadership or leadership potential in their selected field. Although it is not a requirement, it is the Drake family's desire that this scholarship will support first generation university students who have the intention of providing service in an urban area.
