Key Responsibilities: 

• Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
• Provides support to the department and assists with related functions and special projects as assigned.
• Serve as customer support liaison between public and internal staff.
• Assists with corporate partnership activation as needed and provides client support.

Position: Brand and Creative Services Intern

The Brand & Creative Services Intern supports planning and execution of marketing initiatives across 18 reservations, eight golf courses, dining, retail, and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

Key Responsibilities: 

• Participation in planning process for execution of marketing programs and events.
• Familiarity with, and adherence to, Cleveland Metroparks brand guidelines.
• Design and production set up of materials: conceptualizes, designs, lay out, and finishes artwork using Adobe Creative Suite software package (consisting of the programs of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator); sets up the high resolution files needed to produce the final pieces; troubleshoots potential production pitfalls; places the artwork into production templates; adjusts colors and saves type to outline vector based files.
• Assist with creation and design of exhibits throughout the Park District.
• Performs related duties as assigned or apparent.

Position: Communications Intern

• Produce and edit video, podcast, and live-stream content that aligns with NAMI Greater Cleveland’s brand standards.

Ohio Magazine continuously seeks editorial interns to assist with the digital and print sides of our magazine. We are looking for students who are seeking experience in reporting and writing stories as well as contributing to our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Intern duties include fact-checking.
• Researching stories and listings.
• Writing short articles for our magazine and website and compiling some of our special editorial sections.
• There are also opportunities to contribute to our website and social media channels.
