This honor is based on scholastic achievement, student teaching performance, and your professional attributes.  The recipient must have a minimum of a 3.25 cumulative G.P.A., and provide evidence of initiative, peer leadership, ability to accept feedback, and professionalism in the areas of relationships, responsibilities, and educational competencies.  Interns who wish to be considered for this must submit this application, along with two (2) letters of support to the Office of Field Services, OFSassistant@csuohio.edu, Julka Hall Room 187.
