P-5 Education
This program offers advanced study focused on educating children ages three through fifth grade. Students can earn a master’s degree, a teaching license, or both. It combines university coursework with field experiences and emphasizes teaching practices that support diverse learners’ social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.

Special Education (with Licensure)
This graduate program offers advanced coursework for educators focused on learners with exceptional needs, with concentrations in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive educational needs. Both tracks include fieldwork and coursework that may lead to Ohio Intervention Specialist licensure, depending on prior education. Urban Secondary Teaching (MUST) Residency Program
This intensive, full-time program prepares individuals with bachelor’s degrees to teach in urban secondary schools, combining school-based coursework and classroom experience over fourteen months. Students develop effective teaching and classroom management skills while critically examining how race, class, and gender impact education. The program leads to Ohio licensure in various content areas, including Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish and Chinese Languages.
