APPLICATION Process: CLICK HERE
If you are planning on a final year field experience in the Spring semester, you will need to apply by September 15 and if you are planning on a final year field experience in the Fall semester, you will need to apply by February 15. All methods and rotation 1 and 2 students should apply right before the start of the same semester of the experience and when the application opens.
International Students:
IMPORTANT: International students will need to receive prior-authorization from the CSU International Center before beginning any experiential activity in the schools. You will need to contact the CSU International Center at Tel. 216-687-3910 to get your CPT information. https://www.csuohio.edu/international/curricular-practical-training Please note that regardless of whether it is a paid experience or not, you will still need clearance from the international office.
